Project Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice to Octrilix.
- Upon cancellation, Octrilix will invoice for work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable costs or third-party fees incurred.
- Any advance payments or deposits will be adjusted against outstanding invoices. Refunds for unused funds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.
Cancellation by Octrilix
- Octrilix reserves the right to cancel projects due to non-payment, breach of contract, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent delivery.
- In such cases, clients will be notified promptly in writing, and Octrilix will invoice for work completed to date.
Deliverables on Cancellation
- All completed work and deliverables paid for up to the cancellation date will be handed over to the client.
- Unpaid or incomplete portions remain the property of Octrilix until payment is settled.
Third-Party Services
Any fees or cancellation penalties from third-party services (such as hosting, licensing, or tools) will be the responsibility of the client.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellation, outstanding payments, or deliverables will be resolved as per the terms outlined in the client agreement and governing law.
